I started walking,
Not for fun.
But I had no car,
And the day had begun.
With my auto,
In the shop.
There was no choice,
I had to walk.
For outta smokes,
As I awoke.
Off to the store,
This shit ain't no joke.
I roll my last blunt,
Now I need wraps too.
This shit sucks,
But what do you do.
So off down the road,
I strike out on foot.
Good thing I got this blunt,
Or this trip would be kaput.
I don't make it far,
And what do I see?
One of the hoodrats,
To go walking with me.
Now there are two,
And the walk is much better.
We light up the blunt,
And smoke it together.
At the store,
Before you know it.
And still half the smoke.
In the pocket to stow it.
Another homie,
Sittin out front.
Wants to walk back,
To help with the blunt.
At the store,
I got my stuff.
Along with some ice cream,
It seemed just enough.
So I left alone,
But came back with a crew.
Re lit the blunt,
Wishin it was new.
Had a better time,
Than I ever thought I would.
Lit up a cigarette.
Dam it feels good.
When we got to my house,
The crew went there seperate ways.
And I finally sat down,
To enjoy the rest of the day.
