Short and bushy..and so is the plant

I'm on day 23 of my grow. I did a transplant at day 10 to a different medium which i think stunted growth (Peat Moss -> Happy Frog Soil). As soon as i transplanted the plant did much better.

Here's my setup:
My plant is now in a 2 gallon pot, It is in a 4'X2'X2'. It has a fresh air intake and a fanned exhaust at 112cfm. There is a 6" fan that circulates air. The air is relatively stable at 48%-52% humidity. The temperature ranges from 75-87 degrees but no signs of burning or drying out.

Lighting:
I have a 26watt 6500K CFL with reflector cone directly above the plant. I have 4 23watt 6500k CFL's around the plant which forms a pattern like a 5 on a dice. The plan is to add more lights for the lower leaves as the plant grows taller maxing out at 8X23w bulbs and the1 26w bulb.

The plant is about 4" tall, has a strong stem, and is really bushy. This is an unknown seed type. to me it seems to have about 5 nodes (pairs of branches). I'm not sure how fast it is supposed to grow or if I'm supposed to trim the leaves yet. I plan on super cropping later, once it got to 1'-2' tall. Is 3-4" normal for a plant that is 23 days old (including the transplant) the plant has spread to about a 7" diameter.

Not sure if I should be worried, if i should do something different, or if everything is just fine and I'm just being to analytical. Your input is greatly appreciated. I'm not to keen on posting images but will do so if asked.

hey man doesnt sound like u have a problem at all. i use all 6500k cfl for veggin also and all my plants stay short and bushy, at 1 month my SLH is only bout 10" tall and the nodes r about 1inch apart, if u want a lil stretch then add sum "softwhites" 2700k. but like i sayed doesnt sound like a problem.
also i wood like to add that wen u flower them they will stretch a bit so dont worry to much
