Personally I have shelled out plenty of my hard earned dollars to dispensaries, and street dealers in the past, but isn't it about time I make some back right?

depends on if it is someone u care more about their well being like family real close friend and if they can afford the help out with to cost but not for profit
now if it is for a co op are other individuals then yes i feel a time and expense fee is not out of line but if u are dong it to make bucks then might as well just sell on black market

YES PROFESSIONAL GROWERS SHOULD MAKE $$$.. YES PERSONAL GROWERS SHOULD BE ABLE TO Provide MMJ to BUDDIES... YES ALL Rinky-Dink Cash Croppers who CRAM MAD PLANTS IN A ROOM all Quantity vs Quality SHOULD BE LOCKED UP FOR LIFE, or KILLED.
To be a Caregiver you should have to have a ELABORATE GROW ROOM. Not some average joe growing average bud for ppl & making money off it.
In other words, Only people who grow dank & respect buds should be able to make some $$$.. the ppl who are learning to grow yet want to caregive with hopes of making tons of money should be shot & dragged through the streets of RIU for all to witness.
