should i believe when a lawyer says hes the shmooze at sweettalkin?

If its not a huge charge I would believe him. I have friends of the family who are lawyers and they all know each other. They know the prosecutors and judges. They know how harse certain judges are on certain charges and they will delay the court date until they get a judge they think will be the best. They will make deals with the prosecutors and let you plead guilty to a non drug offense something stupid like disorderly conduct.if he says he knows those guys he probably does. It always best to have a lawyer

cool im meeting the dude tomorrow so hopefully ill feel better then. this situation blows... i cant believe we still have cops, its 2010 why have we not got rid of these duesh bags. driving is not that scary ive seen accidents on the road a few times, ive been in a minor one where i hit my head, i know people have died in the past, but seriously my car is mine, my taxes pay for the roads, and adult americans dont need babysitters. these guys should be on call and you should never see one on the road wasting gas unless hes going to a call fuck them. who are these people who love cops so much that we havent voted them out what the fuck we dont need this shit are you really that scared to drive down the road you feel we couldnt do it without pigs watching? they are wasting gas people!!

remember judges represent the state... the same party as the plaintiff whos attacking you. think you cant get a fair trial from a judge in traffic court...ever? its legally called a conflict of interest. my problem was the suspended license so its "criminal" even though there is no injury loss or harm so im in for real court not just traffic!
