Should i cut leafs off or what?

My clone now has two leafs that are turning brown and dieing.

Dont worry about the sprout I will transplant it as soon as i get my hands on some soil.

I never cut leaves unless there at the point where they are obviously dead.

Should i cut leafs off or what?
