Should I cut lower branches?

Because it's my first grow, I did not want to experiment with stress training, and as a result now have bottom leaves that won't receive as much light. Should these be cut off? I also don't see any pistils on the bottom branches, while on the top I do.

At this time IMO - No, or just the very lowest & smallest single set..
