Should I defoliate?

2 X 00 Seeds White Widow autos week 5. LST and lower 1/3 defoliated.
I usually defoliate quite heavily at this stage but have heard mixed views regarding this. Any input greatly appreciated.

It's an auto so I wouldn't personally defoliate they can be very touchy but all up to you.

I would definitely take those biggest fan leaves away. Autos can have some defolition too and they look healthy!

I agree. They responded really well! Thank you, much appreciated, they had a slight calcium deficiency that I managed to sort out it seems.
