Should I defoliate?

Hi all,

my cheese autos are 38days since sprouting, there are lots of leaves and I’m worried about not enough air circulation and light to bud sights. Iv tried tucking the leaves but there are just too many and also with all these leaves it’s going to make my feeding difficult as they have consumed the whole 5g pot.

what would you do?

many thanks

Autos I leave be for the most part. Defoliation at the bottom if anything but I wouldn't go crazy. They're kind of elementary and for n00bs so I wouldn't try much with them.

Your plants are small enough that plenty of light should be getting through. Taking leaves is taking important energy stores at this point. I’d only take leaves that were fading or unhealthy in this case.

It won't stress it as long as you don't get carried away and strip it.
It looks like a healthy plant........but it's hard to tell with the blurple light.
Take a pic under natural light.
Is that a better lighting for you?
