Should I flower now?

I have been growing a white buffalo strain under 1 month of cfl growth and a mixed month of indoor outdoor growth. Fox farm everything, and transplanted to a 3 gall about a week and a half ago. Also it's on a 18/6 cycle. I don't see this getting any bigger but it is thick as shit with nodes. I don't want to do anything but cfl and sunlight because I want good flavor on the buds from the mixed kelvins.

The plant is about a foot long in all directions. I used a lot of lst, and it has become a fat bush.
Question is I should flower now right? And how much do you think I can get? I'm new to cfl and led grows. I'm use to it being like 5 feet already from hps lights, so I'm not 100% if I should.

that looks like sativa and it is gonna defitnely grow taller ,you might think about that

Id say flower it and you could expect up to two ounces by the looks of it and guestimated what it will be like after the pre-flower stretch

No flowering is bad
