Should I leave my cfl out until maybe week 2 of vegging ?

Ive read about optimal lux and I can hit the maximum for both vegging and flowering

I'm using an led and a cfl

But that's said I've read some use about 10k lux during seedling and work there way up as they grow

Should I leave the cfl off until week 2 and then run between 30k and 40k lux from then on until flowering ?

FWIW i usually do 20k Lux at seedling then go to 33-40k for veg. dont forget to learn about PPFD and DLI
