Should I repot? Pics

Alright so they are 15 days old since sprouting. I am doing a 12/12 grow from seed just to see how it goes. I was just wondering if I should repot now or wait a little longer to do this? I feel like I could go either way but was just lookin for some input. Pics are below

take your hand and put it on top of the cup, with the stem between your fingers, turn it over and gently shake teh cup till the dirt starts to come out, it should still be formed to the shape of the cup. visually inspect the dirt and roots. if they are all on the outside of the dirt and wrapping around the form of the cup, replant.
