Should I switch these to 12/12 in another week?

Today is thursday so if next friday I switch these to 12/12 what kind of yield do you think im looking at? Im using tomato food by miracle grow for these.

Its my first grow SO WHAT KIND OF YIELD WOULD I BE LOOKING AT AND HOW LONG WOULD I FLOWER

Nobody can answer that... Plus you didn't include any info on the grow space. Lights, temps, air circulation. Also those plants are tiny I would wait till they are at least 18"-24" tall

Flip if you're working with size limitations, you will yield what the strain will give with what lighting, nutes and soil you provide, and you flower until most of the trichs are cloudy.
That about covers it until you give more info.
