Should I toss these clones?

Hello i plan on switching these clones to a 600w light in my tent. theyve been under a t6 light for a month. Should I be worried about them going herm? Dont want to waste space that i dont have.

Is the irregular growth due to not enough light ?

Just don't start them too close to your 600, they will probably gonna take a little to get used to the 600
