Should I tplant 20 day old Auto AK that started flowering today?

So that's basically it lol. Obviously idk if it started flowering *today*, but I didn't notice until this morning when I was peeping the rest of them... I also didn't realize it had an approximate 3 week veg period... Having said that, she's only in a 1gal pot w Coco, using Cana for Coco A+B, feeding at half of recommended strength, about 32oz every 3 days/when she feels dry.

Should I transplant to accommodate more/better growth? Supposedly it only gets to be about 3' tall, Christmas tree-y. I only see a very small amt of roots coming out one of the drainage holes. One last thing, should I relocate the spider on here? I don't mind spiders as long as they don't have giant creepy webs around my flowers!

yes ............and top it to make it go back to veggie stage for 10 to 14 days u will be so much happier

with autos transplanting is a bad idea in general but u want the plant in the final container the whole time seed to cut same big ass container .............transplanet that as soon as u can otherwise it will be shorter and yeild less then it would have if u had it in the final container the whole time


normally a 5 gallon pot is good for autos 1 gallon equals 1 month so 5 gallons is more then enough for the whole plants life at 3 month life span

so in other words i've never topped an auto. can you help me out a lil and give me a bit of info (perhaps using the pictures i've posted up there) to suggest approx where to top from? i mean i know how you're supposed to do it but i've only done it once and i cut off like.. an eighth of an inch of growth LOL

transplant away just be easy with it it still has some veg left dont want to shock it and slow it down any

look on the auto page if it is not on the front then it is on page 2

we just did a whole thing on topping the results i had are listed there with pics and cm height readings near the end (we even had a mod sunni tell us to be nice )

np it is fun to help and learn as u do it......... tekdc is the real smart guy when it comes to autos tho

you could just top it at the second node from the top the little baby leaves on the tip of the main stalk
i and many others have had luck with it
i wouldnt advise topping the branches just the main stalk

yah autos rock .............unless u are tring to fund a drug cartell then no u want photos and huge grow rooms but for normal smokers autos are the shit and they are getting stronger

in about 3 weeks u are going to yell oh my god yes ....she will bush out and the buds will spread to the edges for light ...........personally i talk to mine and give them big hugs ....they are saving about 200 bucks each plant i have about 3 months worth for free and wahooo the cost of all the gear i have gotten so far has been paid for 2 times now

im going to veg my purple haze #1 until i have finished the auto's i have going
right now i have 8 staggered 1 month apart in sets of 2
im slowly going to keep adding sections of scrog until my auto's are done or my box is full whichever comes first
going to clone it so i doubt it will fill a 3'x4' box in 4-5 months
i wonder how much cash that one will save me

on soil u rule of thumb is 1 gallon is 1 month of time (goodies in the soil will keep them alive) the stuff we are adding is just to phatter her up and make stinkier

5 gallon is fine for autos (higher yeild and feeding ones i personally am going 7 gallons) ................possible i got mine at maybe a day into flowering and it sent mine back into growth and bushed her out .................if u have not gotten the buckets/planters look into air bags/soil bags ..............air pruning of the roots flushing is very easy and u can not really over water sinnce it will just run out when it is to much (and it dries up do to wind and air )

when u topp her rem to go on the grow plan of your nurts (if yours has something like bio roots or black diamond for the soil use it with the waterings untill u see flowering all over going strong then stop and stick to the flowering plans
