Should this be enough light?

Hi, I'm starting my plants indoors inside a small ~ 1'x2'x1' plastic storage box. I've got everything airtight except for the air intake vent (basically just a small hole I cut at the bottom of one ends of the box). There is an exhaust fan on the other end closer to the top that has been mounted airtight using duct tape.

On the top of the box there is the lid. I've mounted 2 light fixtures both with Y-adapters and have 4-26 watt (6500K spectrum) lights).

Right now, I have 1 seedling that's about 2 weeds old. Its working on its 3rd set of fingered leafs at the moment. I've also just had 2 other seedlings that have just popped above the surface. I want to keep all these in for several weeks before moving them outdoors. Is this enough light you think?? I will be getting some more seeds sometime this weeks and I'll probably start another 3-4 seeds. How many more fixtures with Y brackets should I add to the top? Would 4 more 26 watt lights be enough light?? That would be 8-26 watt lights for 6-7 seedlings. Again, I'm not going to finish them in this box. I just want enough light to get them big enough and strong enough to put outide after 3-4 weeks. Thanks.
