Should this worry me.

I think I was overwatering late into cycle and my plants developed these black spots that look suspiciously like black mold in the leaves. It does not seem to be making it to the buds themselves should I be worried?

It's unlikely over-watering (the growing medium) has anything to do with your current symptoms.

It is bad practice to saturate the leaves as they appear to be in the pics.

I'd be worried.

One of the issues, the white patches on the leaves looks like powdery mildew. I don't know what the black dots are.

I don’t know if that’s black mold or from bugs, but I would be worried. I agree it doesn’t look anything like overwatering.

I'd remove those affected leaves. Not sure if it's a mold issue or just old fan leaves being being sucked dry of nutes. I'd be more concerned if it was on the green leaves, but certainly keep an eye on it.

Concern is warranted; the black spots are already on the green leaves in the pic.
I'm very curious what they might be; haven't seen anything like in on cannabis before.

Seems it may be a huge infestation of thrips. The black spots could be poop, and there are silvery patches on some leaves. Get a magnifying glass or jeweler's loupe and look really close for little fast moving bugs on the underside of the leaves. Yikes.

I'm going with leaf spot being what the dark spots are.
If this is an indoor grow, I would guess air circulation and humidity are an issue.

I think It is mould or fungal infection,
It looks like the plants are in flower so I would take a closer look inside the buds to see if you have some problems going on there as well.
Have you had any issues with heat and humidity latley?

Second guess is some insect, set up a few sticky traps to see what you catch.

That's not thrips... If thrips was that bad you would definitely see them everywhere, I don't see a single one in this pic... That looks like his leaf is so soggy it's growing algae or Snuffaluffagus sneezed on it

Why are the leaves so soggy?

Have you sprayed your plant with something organic?

the second picture in the first post i can see white powdery mildew on the leafs, id for sure say the humidity is too high and its causing mildew on the leaves. not enough air movement and too high humidity id say.

Thanks for all the input I forgot about this post. This was an outdoor grow and we do get black mold out here on Long Island often. Luckily it never presented in any of the buds or sugar leaves. The white spots on the zoom in are probably milk residue from spraying milk water to fight PM.
I am assuming what happened was I over watered late in season to try to push them since I have such a quick draining soil, I can dump 5 gallons into a 20 gallon pot and it's bone dry 24 hours later, so I figured maybe if I did 2 watering a day it would push them to flower more. It must have built up leaf moisture that let black mold take in the leaves. Just bro science guesses but that is how it went. Live and learn, only my 3rd outdoor grow season here.
