Sick plant questions

My plants started to look a bit unhealthy because my fan came unplugged and I wasn't there to monitor the temperatures! Some areas show a bit heat stress. The plant looks pretty good other than that but it is not as healthy as it was before. Will my plant still harvest well and make good bud? I'm only in the veggie stage

Then keep vegging, top and lst to control the size if ever needed. Keep vegging that plant until it is healthy.
