Sick plant with macro pics! HELP PLZ!!

I'm using the stinkbud single with all his recommended nutrients. I DO NOT use hygrozyme though. Do you guys think I should pick it up? My plant is almost a month old and is a bit sick. What's with the black spots on the stems? They seem to be at the base of hairs from the plants.

Using the stinkbud single aeroponics setup

Water = Distilled water with 0 ppm
Nutes = Added the stinkbud lineup of Botanicare nutrients to ~1200 ppm
Water Temp = unkown
pH = 5.8

The black dots do not move. The plant was pretty healthy until a few days ago. I swapped the water to completely distilled water and haven't added any nutes yet. The plant is doing well for a month and I don't want to lose to black dots lol

and the brown on your leaves are a def.
you might look at trying something other
than this stinkbud formula. what I find that works
great is lucas formula.

try putting a frozen 1 liter jug in your res to chill it down
