simple im sure

hey there everyone,ive just switched to 12/12 and changed the veg spec light to a warm red flowring spec light.was this right?or should i have stuck to the veg light?thanx.

green/blue for veg and pink/red/orange for flower, some people prefer a full spectrum for both periods aswell

I know some people dont switch, but i do. Blue for veg and red for flower. they love it what can i say. Good thinkin...maby experiment with both, see the difference.
