I plugged it in heard the motor make noise but blades didn't spin so I got scared and unplugged it. Do the maybe take a second to spool up before? Or should I ask for a replacement!!

With the fan unplugged. I repeat, with the fan unplugged. Check if the fan blades move freely. Try spinning them with your hand.

They spin but like the y slightly rubbing something. Not a free spin...

Don't take it apart if you can send it back. If it doesn't work, it doesn't work.

I figured it out. I have a little experience with electronics but luckily the Dade was assembled on a flat steel and upon looking the screw and moving it Dow slightly the blade was aligned the way it should be as is working great but I will let the sender know. I had a lot of respect for lowball but he hasn't responded and I've fixed his product for free which should warrant at least a next purchase discount. Anyway issue solved thanx guy
