Slightly Stunted plants - how to make larger in flowering cycle

I had to keep my Chemdog and Greencrack in veg for a long time due to circumstance, in 3 gall pots and they were shortened branches, even though they are now three weeks into flower. I am putting them in five gal pots in hopes to beef them up. First grow and it is ina tent.

Any pics? And how about some details about your grow?

Temps. Humidity. Medium used. Feeds etc…..
