Slow Auto Seedling Growth

Happy Friday Everyone!
So my 2 autos in one pot experiment is going ok so far , the seedlings seem to be growing pretty slow, im just hoping the roots are doing their thing and im being paranoid. Was wondering if anyone had any experience with blurple grows and how far i should be keeping the light from the seedlings ... its a "2000" watt from china , with veg bloom switch . Could anyone please give me some advice ? Should i be blasting at full light switches on ? And if anyone has any idea why the one is looking like a spaghetti noodle ? This is 10 days from germination in ffof

Tiny seedlings in a bigass pot usually need extra TLC until roots develop but these will take off once they do. Solo cups are a better option and then you can add granular mycorrhizae to assist with absorption at each transplant. Suggest using a hand sprayer to water as often as needed to keep tap root from getting dry.
You can actually back off the light if it has a dimmer; go like 50/60% at this point and increase as more nodes emerge. Looks like normal growth for 10 days… be patient. Spaghetti noodle is from the baby stalk trying to find the light; it will straighten out by itself. Just fill in with more soil to prop it up if it start to get stringy.

thank you so much i really appreciate it! I have been building up the soil around the stem a little and she seems really flimsy , but the leaves are starting to grow super fast . These are my first autos so im perhaps being over paranoid

Well they seem to be doing something , the spaghetti one is still weak but its growing foliage, im just gunna keep giving nothing but water when needed and hope for the best
