Where do you live. PH may need to be adjusted in the water and soil for optimum nute uptake. Its way to.early to flower and sometimes theyll pause and then explode. But im imguessing its not notgetting all the nutes. You shoukd ahve a soil.test kit for this. I had really high ph like 8 and my plants stopped growing so i baught a ph soil test kit adjusted with a flushing of ph 5 water and it balancd out to about 6.5 and a week later she was growing like crazy. But pics would help as well as some more basic info. You also should have posted in plant problems but water with a ph of around 6.5 and you should get back ontrack. Also stress will slow growth at times. Post some more info like how far north you are but it could be nothing at all sometimes theres a couple weeks where they slow. How old are they. How much sun. What nutes, when do u feed em. We need more info. Also let the soil.dry befor watering FF is very airy and oxygen is key for a speedy growth.

Highly doubt that those plants are root bound, give em some time. Sometimes when you look at them too often you don't notice growth, but if you leave em alone for 3 days you'll notice how much they change
