slow growth and yellow leaves

hello everyone

this is my second attempt and its not going to well :wall:

my babies are about 3 weeks old and im using fox farm ocean forest. the lower older leaves are turning yellow and growth is very slow! i got a ph tester today and it turns out my tap water has a high ph even after i leave it out for a couple days. so now im gonna use bottled water. what do you guys think? should that fix it? i watered one of them with the bottled water and checked the ph of the runoff and it was about 6.2 . should my problem go away now that im using bottled water?

How long you been giving them the nutes?

just know that fox farm has nutes in it already so about a month of very light nutes is required if not just plain water or extra mircos like a superthrive or liquid karma
