You most definitely do not want to feed that plant anything, especially since the soil is still holding water and you drainage looks questionable. In good dirt, you should go a solid month before giving any nutes. If you transplant into larger container with fresh dirt, another month without nutes.
It shouldn't really be all that big after just two weeks, this is the seedling stage where most growth is taking place in the root zone. She'll start to take off this week if you just keep her on water only when needed.
