Slow growth on auto

Hey guys I have an auto going through some very slow growth i mixed some supersoil coast of maine with some pro mix and this plant is 2 weeks old and its really growing slow and is really light green should I give it some nitrogen or just leave it?

I just recieved a 480 watt led new with samsung leds uv and ir I got it cause my room gets super hot I'm in a hot apt,I just have t taken it down or I might wait till flower
