Slug repellent companions

was just outside (after a big ass thunderstorm) and there is an army of slugs out there, thousands of them. Anybody know of any companion plants that work to deter the slimy bastards.. I hear turtles and ducks work well too.... maybe some friendly web-footed friends would be the answer.

use rock salt around the base of the plant they hate salt grab one a stick it on some salt and watch

You can get copper tape to wrap the main stem with.

Cut In Half Cans Of Beer, Filled With Beer, is great for slugs. It will attract them, You will have slug soup soon. I seen it in regular gardens. Works Very Well.
