Small area, 250w HPS too much heat?

Hi guys,
Just a simple question,

I plan on setting up a grow tent
Dimensions: 0.8 x 0.8 x 1.6 m
Light: 250w MH/HPS

Simply, will the light be way too hot for the amount of space I have? I know you can always reduce heat but I ain't gonna spend 500-1000 bucks on a exhaust fan if it's ridiculous to have that much heat

thats a small space, it would be possible to control the heat, but you will
need 4 or 5 inch extractor and maybe even a cooltube
or you will cook them
the cost of fan and tube would be more like 200-300

what you can do if money is tight, is use a large 12inch house fan to blow air up towards the light
this will remove a great deal of the heat, but it will only work if you keep the tent open
if you close the tent it will just circulate the warm air and kill them lol
