Small colas?

I have this gelatti plant growing and grew one last year outside no topping or anything and only got a half oz could this be genetics? or am I growing wrong? I use 3 gallon fabric pots the buds just don't seem to produce with these seeds idk where I got them

No one would be able to give you any type of advice or opinion without at least general info
Eg lighting, nutes, medium, feeding/watering practices, temps, rh,. Etc etc
Also putting the thermometer/hygrometer on top of the soil is throwing off the actual reading. You're measuring moisture and temp of the top of the soil. Not ambient temp/rh

I did gushers which is a Gelato cross and buds were small, quality was better than great I felt. The finished buds posted on the frosty bud thread. Hope this helps. Im far from expert though.

Won’t be the pot size. You can grow 3-5oz plants in 3 gal.

How do you figure 7-8week veg?
Those are small plants.

These are 6week veg in 3gal pots

that's definitely going to impact plant development and with all of the topping and LST you really only got like 4~ weeks of veg so yeah

Yes I know that but like I said before I grew the same seeds outside last year and none of the 3 produced anything over a half oz but the smoke is phenomenal

I have them in a 2 by 2 with a SF 1000 and a Mars hydro 600 w lights carbon filter exhaust using foxfarm nutes also
