Small grow box lighting

So I built a small grow box for my room. It is 15 x 15 inches by 21 inches tall. I have a small output CFL in a reflector hanging from the top of the box and in addition to that I want to put a fluorescent light in there (CFL is bright white 30 watt I think. 2000 lumen). I have one of those fluorescent light holders that is for the roughly 12 inch long tubes. Right now there is a blacklight in it so obviously that wouldn't work.

So what type of fluorescent bulb should I get for the box. Right now the plants are about a week or two old and growing slow and steady. I have looked at the types of bulbs and in home depot found Plant and Aquarium fluorescent tubes, then I found daylight ones. Which do you think would be better? thanks

I've been using an aquarium tube with good results. After a week after sprouting, it is growing fine. It's started growing its third set of leaves. I am using that until i buy 3 42-watt cfls. remember you need cool white(blueish) for vegitative growth and warm red (redish) for the flowering stage, so buy the same amount you are using for each stage.
