Smell

1) If you were smoking in a car with the windows rolled up, are you able to smell it if you walked by?

2) If you smoke in you apartment complex, can your neighbors from the west of you or upstairs smell it?

ummm all depends about that kind of car....how potent the stuff is that you smoking...and as far as the apartment, it all depends on the building. Some are concrete sturcture, some are stick built...so yes and no. to many variables on both your questions.....if your that worried about it...assume you can smell it.

so to answer your question yes and no to both questions

I would say no. I have smell weed going by another car and to be honest, I wanted to track them down and smkoe some with me.

If your neighbors are complete nerds or cops, well, I'd be a bit concerned. Other than that smoke up, dude!
