I am in the process of opening a bar in the metro area of Denver. i don't know which city it will be in, but my customers will be on the younger side and I really want to include a smoking lounge. and yes colorado has a clean air act, and i already know how to avoid that hassle. my question is if i have a tobacco smoking lounge, can my customers legally smoke pot? do i have to see their medical card, or because I dont sell, does anyone care?
