Smoking Trimmings From Plants?

Hey, so the other day i topped my plants two main colas (probably 2 or 3 alternating nodes so not much) and decided to keep one for whatever reason. Tonight when i noticed i had no bud left i saw the dry plant top shriveled up on my dresser and decided to try it out. Im actually pretty high and its been about an hour. I was just wondering if anyone has ever tried this out?

I turn mine into hash, or edibles!

Really? Even with just the vegetative grow tips? If so thats cool i didnt think there was anything good even in it!

yea blender hash or canna butter. I dump in all the leafs and stems.

I've always just rooted the cuttings after topping, and grown another copy of the original plant - gives me a second harvest after another few weeks, and doubles my yield from just the one seed! Don't want to waste a cutting - especially if I know it's from a girl...

I've been under the impression that you needed to see trichomes in order to get a decent amount of thc. I've made hash with trimmings, but would not have expected the veg material to have much effect since it hasn't produced crystals yet. Maybe I will give it a try sometime...

I have found that bubble bags are worth it. 5 Gallon 8 bag kit. That will turn your sugar covered trim into condensed cannabis which has strong medical value.
