Snow storm ultra by HCO works. Available potash a and probably something else. Either way its cheap and is the only real "bloom booster" i use. And it works. just figured id grab it one day then looked it up after and saw all the bad talk about it. either way i used it once and havent turned back. Day and night results.

i havhe a higer p/k solution too but thats just what i use on top of my base inflowering so i dont have to over do the bloom bottle of my 3 part base.

I grew good bud before but it was never as dense as bud from dispensaries or outta state. Some of that had to do with vac sealing it for shipping but either way the bubbas and pks id get would be rock solid pebbles. After usin snow storm i had those rock solid chunks. Like i said i grew good bud before but it always had some give to it when youd squeeze it. Not anymore.

There are some out there that work and some that work but are over priced and some that dont do much. But they all do something or other. Most of it you can accomplish by feeding your plants the right ratios and knowing what they want. Going by the plants not by what someone says online.

Agree.

I think products have to work at least a little bit if they are to stay in business. Some less than others but its about giving the plant what it needs.

Some people love it, and bonsai masters I work with swear by it, but I think Superthrive is a questionable product, or any B-Vitamin supplement for plants. I have read papers from educated botanists stating that there is absolutely zero evidence of B-vitamins being usable to plants. But I'm on the fence. I have used Superthrive with no noticeable effects. My plants were always just as healthy without it.

Yupp in this industry youre better off testin yourself. Alot of people tend to under/over do them and swear them off after one round of messing with it.

As for the b vitamins could it have some kind of interaction with the micro organisms in the root zone?? Maybe fuel them. Ive never really used any b vitamins nor needed to.

With SSU the change was very obvious and its pretty potent and not meant to be over used. It took me a couple harvests on a strain that ive grown for a while to get it down. Not too much that it burns and stunts growth but not too little that it doesnt do much and im just wasting products.

I like to give it to them once in veg right before flower. then max once a week while in flower. Usually not until the first 2 weeks are over because ive heard it may stunt the them and my plants usually dont stretch too bad. But after that 5ml a week til the end.

hahahaha i remember seein that in an electronics magazine a long time ago. Thought it was the funniest things ive ever seen, the price tag practically made me cry laughing.

The people who use AN and use NL grow boxes would buy something like that haha

The problem is with the difficulty of doing controlled experiments to prove the value of many of these products with cannabis. The producers of all this bottled shit are under no regulation obligating them to prove it does anything, much like the Vitamin market. As for Superthrive, here is a quote from an academic paper that I am sure many of you have read before:

"Many decades ago the plant growth regulators called auxins were isolated and characterized. Auxins were found to stimulate cell elongation in both root and shoot tissues. Commercial preparations were
developed that contained auxin and vitamin B-1 among other ingredients. Research in 1949 found
improved root development in plants treated with one of these preparations (Transplantone, which
contains both auxin and thiamine), but noted the importance of auxins in this response. Further research
throughout the last half of the 20th century investigating the application of auxins to root systems
suggested that auxins may stimulate root growth, but that vitamin B-1 on its own does not."
