hes not saying anoyne got busted, just asking how it happens to growers.
I had a good video, that broke down all that stuff, like infared, electric bills, dogs, and what not
an electric bill, and infared can be used partialy along with other shiit to prosecute, but most people get busted, because they said somthing to one of their friends, and they told somone and so on

The number one way police catch people, is people giving information simple as that.

The second way is greed, stupidy and complacency.

If anyone knows about your shit... you should quit now. They may be your best friend, but how reliable will they be when you sleep with their girl? I'm not saying that specifically would happen but you know where I'm going with it.

Dont steal electricity... Use carbon filters if you have smell/ventilation issues... Use common sense, which I know is hard for some people.

most get busted by word of mouth. We all know most peeps would give info if the time was right and they knew they could get out of trouble.

a fiew friends of mine know about it, and I slept with a few of their girls

I hear that used often with growing. But i thought they saying died, because everyone hated it because it was just some propaganda bullshit... I mean they really wanted us to think if you said anything, and a US ship sank... you did it

and pulling statistics directly out of my ass - i would say the number one reason growers get busted? someone knew that shouldn't have and blabbed.

Chances are that they have mentioned your grow to other people, who may have told more people, etc, so you have no idea how many people actually know about your grow.
It only takes one of those guys to get arrested for a joint or whatever, and they'll gladly tell the cops about your grow to avoid being prosecuted. That's how cops get 99% of their info on drugs, from informants.

None of my mates know anything about my grows, and never will. I hope to carry on growing weed for years, and I know that total secrecy is the only way I can keep doing it without the constant worry of being busted.

If anyone did know about my plants (no matter how good a friend), then I'd be panicking whenever a cop car stopped outside, so I'd probably have to quit growing.

almost all of them have been arrested after knowing, when you get arested here for anything with drugs, even worse thing, the cops dont even offer to let you drop a dime. one time a cop wanted me to rat, and he told me he would let me go if I did, so I made some shit up, I dont think he knew I made it up, but he didnt let me go either.
and now they all have bigger gardens than me, so if they go down, telling the cops about my garden smaller than theirs isnt going to help them much.

Electric bills can give the cops cause to look into your house. The growers that get nailed by the electric company are usually running 4000w+ setups and have beeen in business long enough for the company to develop a pattern of repetitive usage. More often, the power companiy's meter maid(normally on a power trip) will smell something "skunky" outside, or notice an odd vent that wasnt there before and file a report back at the company. Then the police will start digging through your garbage, IR scanning and watching your house unitll they can get get a warrent. If they can't get evidence through garbage, they will pull you over and toss your car looking for shit. Some judges will sign a warrent based on a power company NARC if they have been used before and were correct. Keep your grows under 4000w and make sure the odor is zero and you are much better off.
