So i gotta nudder question regardin moving you plants from indoors to outdoors

I have 4 small plants, bout 8 inches now, in a small box in the attic, the plants are healthy, I am only using fluorescent lights so every morning around 8 - 10 am I bring the plants downstairs and stick em in the sun, at night I bring em back to the box and let them have light for a few more hours before they sleep. Although the plants are bushing out they are not gaining any hight, is moving them stressing out the plants or are they kewl with being moved? Thanks All!

I bring mine outside for some sun (the ones that I plan on moving outside for good) and it seems to energize them and make them spurt. Mine love it, don't notice any stress at all.

sweet thanks all, I found that they liked it too, but i was told by somebody that it would stress em out, i just wanted a second opinion!
