So i want to add cob led's to my hps 1000wat how should i arrange the lights for best penetration

So i have 4 hps 1000wat hps and a small grow room. As you can imagime heat is an issue, not to mention electric bill!
So from what i understand i would need to dial down the hps to 400watts and by adding 3 cob led's or 4 per light it would decrease heat, cost and increase yield potency and overall jealth of the plants will be better s long as they are well taken care of.
So what's the best configuration for the best results?

Ditch the hps altogether.

I just finished my first cob grow. I fucked it up. I fucked with my watering sched and got lock out due to salt build up. Got 3/4s of the yield i was expecting.

Even so... i did well enough with cobs only that i will never bother with hps again. Wastebof time/money.

Have my second cob grow under way. Gonna stay on my program and kill it this round. Lookin good already.
