The winter is the long waiting game for us outdoor growers. Could not wait and dropped a seed last night just to have a flower in my bedroom.

This is a perfect example of how the (people in the) government try to gain power and control the citizens. Just remember who they are and vote them out. This state is gerrymandered to shit, with multiple conflicted parties enabling the hostile government - like the governor’s own son being a Supreme Court justice, and multiple “election denier” state representatives.

They did much the same thing in Ca. by giving the local governments the ability to regulate growing and sales. My county took several years to finally get it figured out. Some counties you can grow 99 plants, other counties, you can grow 4-6 plants, with some fairly draconian rules.

Damn, I feel lucky to live in Oklahoma. We didn't pass recreational smoke, but you can get a medical card for just about anything. The rules fora privet grow are simple. Basically, give a doctor about a $100-$200, wait a maximum of two weeks by law for your card, and plant someplace out of sight from the road. You can grow up to 6 plants and outdoors in Oklahoma that can be a LOT.

No Idea, but that bill with take forever to go into effect, and My town is already talking about 2 dispensarys and 1 commecial grow so im pretty sure it wont be an issue at least where I live.

Just hope they don't make one mistake that Oklahoma did. We ended up with dispensaries next door to each other, and so many growers that they were almost giving it away. I've heard that some of the growers had to pay to get rid of their grow. We are now under a two year moratorium for new commercial growers.
