Thats local to me. and that is also SUCH bullshit. Theyre also saying they found sleeping bags and a makeshift campsite set up somewhere around where all this was supposedly going on. I pass I20e and spur 408 EVERY fucking weekend and didnt even notice this shit not even once? i dont fucking think so.
Knowing Dallas, this was just a distraction piece. Something bigger was coming in from somewhere else, and they needed a heatseeker of sorts.

Like 5-6 years ago they busted some guys around here carting in pounds and pounds of weed in clear plastic storage containers off a frickken moving truck. Right. who the fucks gonna fall for that shit? no ones that dumb. whenever something like this goes down its just a heatseeker, something someone set up because they need the heat elsewhere for a period of time, while something bigger and better was being unloaded, usually not too far from where this goes down.

everyones freaking out talking about a "dry spell" because alot of local herb is trucked in from dallas. but recently, some REALLY surpreme (and i mean knock u on your ass) shit hit the market, RIGHT after this "bust"...hmmmmm.
My love goes to the guys that are willing to go down for the cause.

What is it with stoners and irrational thinking!

What i don't get is how they say one was really close to a high school.
That just doesn't make sense because i for one cannot understand how kids wern't hopping the fence and going for a ganders!!

There's just no way they didn't know about it months before the police found out.

Grr damn hippy policemen!

ok front page today they are talking about similier irrigation in both the fields found...a CREEK. So I'm reading this, and I'm like, WTF? This is the riverbottoms, EVERYTHING is close to a creek.

And we drove around that area this weekend...the closest high school was one that was in the process of being built. Another, "WTF?" moment. Couldnt they have just said construction site?
Theres another school further away, but it'd be a serious hike for some kiddies to get near the fields themselves.
Oh might I add one was just east (from my understanding a 1/4 of a mile)of a police shooting range? I think it was the 1st one found (maybe 2nd?) Somewhat amusing. they sure are providing shady details.

They were also planted near milkweed (mutant looking marijaunaish looking plants). which i supoose wasnt too bad of an idea considering all the times ive stopped to examine milkweed on the side of road *just to make sure*.

Agents said they found more than 300 plants, worth at least $300,000 on the street.

1,000 dollars a plant?

LOL I said the same thing. They are counting stalk...leaves and dirt.

And they assume you're selling per oz. I'd imagine. I dont think very many people with 300 plants would be selling by the oz.

LMFAO, Thats exactly what I was thinking!! Must have been great size plants, or just stupid cops that dont understand, street prices or difference between wet and dry wieghts lmao.

Ipokesmot it totally right. It was probibly a distraction to drain police froces in the area. Ill bet you massive amounts of mexican weed propbibly slipped through customs, because everybody was pre-occupied with the bust. I live in Canada, but America could reap incredible sums of tax money if they leagizied it and taxed it like they do tobacco. People could haver permits to grow, etc. Southern American Police have to be some of the most pompus, arrogant collections of fools to date. I know somebody who knows somebody who knows and uncle's frined that grew 100+ plants in a buried hollowed out bus.
