SOG or Ecosystems

I am thinking about getting the Ecosystem ecosystem - hydroponic bolton hydroponics manchester
but I also have room for 2 4x4 ebb and flow trays. I have learned recently to start flowering at 10 inches and trim them alot. SOG style. Anyone have experiance with both methods?

I have sog experience. check out my grow room below. The key to sog is to always have a group of clones vegging, and always a group of plants flowering. If you don't have a mother plant, or access to clones then don't do it. Starting from seed to grow 12-14" sog plants is hardly worth the time and effort.
