SOG Single Table Additives?

Any one have much exprince on perpetual harvests utilizing one flood table and multiple strains?

What are some good flowering additives to use?

So far the plan is just basic Lucas with some CalMag.... And maybe a sweetener.

Ideally I would like to be able to mix every thing up my self, becoming completely independent from the hydro store... For the most part at least.

Any thoughts?

No ideas on any additives?

I do a perpetual SOG. ATM I only have WW, but for a while I had WW & AK47. I choose those strains because of the indica sativa mix being similar. Also I read that both strains liked extra mag. In the end they grew great together with basic nutrients and epsom. Now I am looking for another strain to grow with my WW.
My grow room has a 4x4 flood tray over a single 40g rez. I started using AN BB at half strength and might try OD along with the BB at some point. I keep the ppm at 1400-1500.

This has problems written all over it. I would spend at least 40 hours researching what you want to do before starting or you will just be on here asking us how to mix your voo doo juice and then asking us why your plants look like shit. Dude if you are going to grow hydro do it right its hard enough when you use all the proper tools. Good luck

@Sparkafire, what are the so called problems written all over it? And what the fuck is voodoo juice?
The Lucas formula along with cal mag is a verry good basic nutrient profile... And if your thinking about the flush, you don't really need flush if you run a low PPM and/or you can flush for two days with clearX every two weeks... So then the only conclusion I can naturally come to is your don't like the idea of a basic sweetener?

Well since no one really has any advice, I simply forge ahead with just the basics. Keep It Simple Stupid - style.

if i was you i would get two flood trays, like if you are planning on running a single 2x4 tray you could just get 2 2x2 flood trays pushing them together and making a 2x4 only you can tailor your nute strengths differently. i dont flush my plants but i do taper them down to nothing in the last week and i flood my trays for 7 straight days of clear water and flora kleen. using a single tray for perpetual harvests is not appealing to me you will have no control over the nutes they will just have to be at a constant ppm.

and for the additives i use basic flora nova gow/bloom first week in flower after veg will be a 50/50 mix of gow/bloom and after that just bloom then the last 4 weeks i will use liquid kool bloom and in the last week i use just plain water (roots constantly submerged) and flora kleen works good for me. i dont like the sweeteners though so i cant help you out there.

Ummm... Ok well, yes. You hit the nail on the head. The nutes will be a constant ppm and ph for all but maybe 2 days every two weeks....

As for what I'm running.... Well I got a flood table made from one of those under you bed storage thingies some one gave me.... The most expensive part is the T5 fixture.

@drgreentm: I know it's a strange choice, it's just whats suits me and my closet for the moment. Though I will most likely fab up a second much smaller table latter on... But for now I got what I got to work with... and the small scale SOG is what I want...

The only additives I curently have in mind are Liquid Karma or maybe the Sweet Raw... If anyone has any thoughts

i hear you all you can do is what you can do and at the moment thats it. sog is definitely a good choice. i dont know about those additives all i have ever used is bud xl and currently swapped it out for the liquid cool bloom generally does the same thing for 1/4 the price. good base nutes are the key in my eyes and the lucas schedule sounds good think i will be trying it in the near future as well.
