Soil and water PH [QUESTION]

If i have PH up and Down and I want the correct PH which should be between 6.5 and 7.0 right? If I make my waters PH 7.0 and i pour it in the soil will my ph of the soil become 6.5?

Ph range for soil is from 6.3-6.8. I make sure my watering solution is at 6.5 before I feed it to my girls. I buffer my soil with a little lime to control the ph of my soil before I even pot them. I premix my soil recipe approx 3 weeks prior to planting or transplanting to allow the lime enough time to do it's thing. I never have any issues with soil being out-of-wack.
Just how I do it. Not saying it's right or wrong, but I never have any problems (knock on wood).

Holy crap that's hard to read. Hello google I got a guy here that requires your services. I use room temperature water with a ph of 6.5 - 7.0 after nutes. If you're using ph'd water why do you care about soil ph?
