Soil pH 7.2?!?! PICS INCLUDED

2 of my plants are in 4 week flowering and the other two are either 3 or 2 weeks in flowering. anyways, i've been noticing the bottom leaves turn yellow for a week now and so i thought it's nute deficiency and so i put nutes in. this was the first time i fed the plants so they got nute burnt quite badly. i checked the ph of the run off water today and it was 7.2??? is this a problem. i've heard it's suppose to be 6.5 in soil but other sources say that 7.2 in soil isn't that bad. Also, i've only been watering with water below 6.5 so it's not the water or the nutes. it's the soil itself. it is pre-buffered but on the pack it says the ph of the soil should be less than 6.8?! what should i do?

that's what i did m8. the pH of the water with nutes was around 6.3 and it has been for every watering. The water coming from the bottom of the pot was 7.2 so obviously my soil is dodgy. idk wat to do coz i used this soil last time and it didnt ave this problem. it's biobizz allmix btw

Just ph your water/nutes to 6.3-6.8 for soil and do not concern yourself way to much over run off ph.

The yellowing honestly looks like regular leaf yellowing while flowering. The plants look good. Good luck

the leaves should not be yellowing that early in flower. The leaves are supposed to lose their N the last few weeks. Its too early.

i know and i don't want it to move up. what shud i do. i been watering with 6.3-6.8
how come you say that i shouldnt worry about the run off water?

Cause your in soil. It holds the ph alot better than soiless mediums. Along ass you are phing the water you feed it will be fine.

its up to you what you want to do. If you wanna feed them some veg nutes its up to you. I would not. They look good to me. I have 4 plants all 4-5 weeks of age. Looking like yours.

you could flush to lower ur ph. 3x or so the amount of a normal watering w good ph water, 6.5 or so. i heard u could use dolomite lime around the base of the stem in the pot to lower ph. is ur meter that measures ur ph accurate, how u doin this?

yeah. Thanks man

4 are 12/12 from seed and 3 others are clones are veged 30 days. I noticed my sativa dom yellows earlier. I have a indica dom that is farther along but still dark dark green.

My grow journal can be checked to see age of my plants. I count flowering as from the day sex shows or in cases of clones when I put them in flower since they are already mature.

you dont need veg nutes. All you need is some CALMAG. And no, its not the strain. Your not supposed to lose color that early. Period.

leaves feed the plant pretty much. Once all the chlorophyll is gone, your screwed. No leaves will mean less yield. I know from experience.

What? Look at his plants look at my plants than look at the pic you posted. That plant you posted looks fucked. The ops plants have 1 or 2 sets of yellow leaves 4 weeks into flower on a sativa dom strain. Its normal. Stop scaring the poor guy damn

i want it to not move upwards that's all. it started with the bottom set which have come off the stem. the leaves simply fall off after yellowing n i don't want that to happen to bigger leaves.

That is what they do when they flower. The plant is eating them. Its the natural process the plant goes thru.

Like i said earlier if you want to add more stuff and fight the natural life cycle of your plant go ahead. They are your plants.
