Soil ph WAY off

The ph of the soil in my grow has worked it's way down to 4.8! I first noticed that the ph was too low over a week ago and since then i have been watering with neutral water no nutes. I don't know exactly what the ph was when i began giving them neutral water but they are looking worse and worse and in need of nutes. Ph spotting is severe on only 1 plant and EXTREMELY SLIGHT on the rest. I don't want to give them any more nutes until i fix the ph problem. If watering with 7.0 water for over a week isn't enough to bring my ph back to a reasonable level what should i do next to try and fix this? Should i flush the pots with ph'd water? Should I start using water with a ph above 7.0 until i can get the soil ph up? If so, how much above neutral should that water be? How long should it take to bring the ph up 2 points? I am very very worried about getting lockout! I know that 1 plant has lockout already but the rest are beautiful! Any help will be greatly appreciated! I don't think there are enough anti-depressants in the world to cheer me up if the rest of my plants end up looking like my one sickly plant.

Get yourself some clearex and mix it with straight water. Depending on how big your pots are, ( for a 1 gallon pot use 2 gallons of your flushing water). I would just double the water to the size of your pot. Let your plants dry up for a day or too them give those plants some nutes. It all depends on what kind of soil your are using and what kind of nutrients.
