Soil ratio and pH help

So im getting ready for the upcoming outdoor season (AU), and im just making a list of what i need
What im stuck on is my soil ratios, im only going to be able to give each plant 4L supplemental water per week
So im going for a mix that retains a bit of water

Im growing in 45L poly grow bags, and its going to be 30L potting mix, 10L coco coir, 5L perlite, and i will stir through yates dynamic lifter
Its a generic garden product, its an organic slow release fertaliser with blood and bone meal, seaweed and fish emulsion, comes in pellet form
and i would just mix it in with the soil

The help i need is with pH, cannabis like slightly acidic doesnt it? the yates is meant to lower pH over time, but for 1 grow im guessing i
should be fine, should i just throw in some dolomite lime to be safe, or my mix pretty good?
Thanks in advance for help

Hey mate , I'm in oz also , doing about 20 plants outdoors this season ,
Growing in roughly 60 L - 100L holes with about half kg of dolomite lime per hole ,
1x20L bag of cow shit
1x 10kg bag of dynamic lifter I use hortico brand but only because it's cheaper (about 12$ per 10kg bag) same shit pretty much
about 30L of perlite , and the rest native soil , (mostly blacky grey coloured sand where I live )

I make a mound of soil about 1 foot obove the hole and plant the plant ontop. So 2 /3 of the roots are below ground as there is always some moisture underground , and 1/3 of the roots and soil above ground encase it rains a lot , make sure you don't plant before sept or your plants will go strait into flower, and try get your soil in the holes about a month or to before the plants to give the organic matter a chance to decompose , as for feeding , il prob just use some seasol every now and then , and some Charlie carp(organic bunnings product ,good for veg )
