Some kind of mite infestation?

Started with marking on the leaves. Now there are tiny black bugs everywhere. No webbing. Only one of my plants seems to be infected. Different genetics than others. What bugs are these and how to treat them? I am a couple weeks into flower.

Botanigard. Expensive. Bug disease safe to spray on food crops up to day of harvest. 1/4 teaspoon in a 2 liter spray bottle is all it takes. Spray. Wait a couple of days and spray again. I love this stuff. Certified organic for use on food crops. Harmless to animals, birds and fish.

Citric acid 2 tsp/quart, you really need to spray everything. Take plants out, spray tops and bottoms of leaves, stem, and top of soil. Clean out your tent, spray walls/floor with the citric spray. Repeat every other day for 10 days. This may damage some plants more than others, but you have a bad case. It might take up to two weeks of treatments to get rid of them. It takes diligence to get rid of them.
 
I would chuck the plant and start again but you could cover it with Provanto Ultimate Bug Killer(one for fruit and veg).
Cover the plant really well 3-4 hours after watering, hit it really hard, chances are, it will pull around in a week and all the bugs should be gone.

Concentrate systemic insecticide that soaks into the plants for up to 2 weeks and keeps on working inside the plant systemically
 
My plants (about two months into flower!) were hit with spider mites as soon as I went in the hospital. There was nothing I could do so I got someone to take care of them for me. I told them to mix up some Neem oil solution and spray them. The leaves are still messed up and they lost most of the fan leaves but the buds are crazy big; no way I'm chopping these. It seems that the Neem has cleared them out for now. I just gotta fight them til the chop.

Exactly. Thrips leave shiny patches and trails on top of the leaves where they tend to feed but mites like to feed from underneath and leave random yellow/white spots all over. Looks like an advanced mite infestation going on with the OP's plants.

As long as I'm still in veg I've used Safer's End All concentrate with 10ml/L canola oil to successfully wipe them out a couple times, Spray every 3 or 4 days for 4 treatments but be consistent and very thorough. Same for thrips.

Hit them with Captain Jacks (Spinosad) that's definitely thrip damage. I had some thrips this year and 1 single application knocked them completely out within 48 hours.

I sprayed the piss out of them daily. If I remember right it was 1/2 teaspoon per gallon. Doesn’t seem like much but taste it. Lick your finger and get some and taste it. It’s not poisonous or even irritating.
