some simple problems i think

i have a plant in a 10l pot it about 5,5ft and growing bigger every day any ideas on what to do about the hight somone suggested bending it but i am sacred to break it as its so big. 2nd thing i have had it on flowering now for 3 weeks now and what i thought where pollen sacs at first seem to have big hairs 2 hairs coming out them but they are green and there is 1 for every armpit of the plant not bunched together like pollen sacs i also have a slight loss of color from the leafs i havnt over feed i am useing just under the stated level i have small white bugs in my soil but i am told these are in the soil which is coco sorry no pics hope somone can help
