I just went out because i thought my lights were about too come on and they were already on, so i looked at the timer and it was about 25 min ahead of where it had been for 2 and a half weeks for flowering. it went from 9am to 9 pm now its at 835 am to 835pm, is this gonna turn them into hermies, and should i just leave it on this schedule now???? Please any info would be great because this realy has me stressed out and im not sure what too do.

Your fine, just keep it at the current setting, or if you want it at 9 and 9 sharp reset it quickly.

Hey Jolly :)

Relax man ...its all cool :)

It takes time for the plants to adapt to a change in conditions , I was told by scientist that the light times for plants are like a switch that resets dependedent on the interval that the light is OFF rather than the time its ON , The plant then slowly adapts to it .

If its just a one off ... just reset your timer to its normal time that suits you and the plant will do the rest .

Good luck .... and don't panic to much...it will work out :)

dude i have done so much worst than that i am such a goof :D i use to keep temps on the lower side of causious as i herd hermies more prevelant at higher temps

i havent done enough research on hermies as if my current crop didnt hermie then it seems i must conclude some strians must be almost immune to this prob

it also gets me thinking as to why light schedules seem to cause hermies (infact i read convincing case as to why hermy is wrong term but intersexual is more accurate, i digress), its obviously a defense system to continue reproduction but what do the plants think is going on?
The suns cycles are a constant never varying. so maybe the plants think its the end of the solarsystem and they must reproduce what ever!!!

i was stoned and walking when i thought about this so never a good combo for me :D

anyway happy growing dude

Yeah that must be difficult ...i feel for you :)

Here's a little bit of advice though ... Try not to stress over it ...Untill its actually a problem :)

I know how hard it is not to get stressed over your plants .. been there and its hard to deal with ... But after a while you get the fact that its YOU that's stressed..and the plants just adapt ...If its a BIG mistake the plant will let you know soon enough ...Its then about reading what its telling you ( Even at this point ... don't stress :) ) Just do what it asks and the plant will do the rest :)

Also remember .... That plant wants to Live and reproduce WAY more than you want it to :)

Enjoy your grow :)
