Someone tell me if my 1000w mag. ballast is bad. Video*

Ballast is crackling a bit, not sounding normal. It seems to balance out once it runs, but heres a vid.

Yeah that buzzing sound is not good mine went out shortly after I heard that it's the capacitor inside to replace the capacitor you open it up and find the right capacitor value online. it's cheap and easy
