Sound mufflers

Hi All,

I have to be really stealth on my next grow. my carbon filter, vortex fan, and ducting are all 6" and the fan is speed controlled.

My question is would it be better to buy an 8" or 10" sound muffler and reduce it down to my 6" ducting or just go with a 6" muffler?

also any ideas on how to stealth and exhaust out a window so it doesnt look suspicious?

i have a 6inch phresh silencer and thing works great. you could go bigger but im not sure your gonna see a difference..... they all have the same amount of sound insulation

build a box round the window and put shades in there and go with 6 in muffler

You want your muffler to match your inline fan, so go with a 6" muffler. The best muffler and one I would recommend for you is the Phat Muffler 6"x26".
